GoldFlower Media is a Los Angeles real-estate media studio built on one belief: a listing deserves to be filmed like a story, not catalogued like an asset.

Founded by RJ Solomon and Christopher Eittinger, we bring a combined 15+ years from the film industry to the way homes get sold — HDR photography, listing films, aerial, 3D tours, and the websites and marketing that carry them. From the first property visit to final delivery, the production is seamless and the work is engineered to close.

Real estate is the core. Increasingly the same eye gets pointed at brands — the studios, designers, and developers who want their work to move the way a great listing does.

What services do you offer?

HDR photography, videography, aerial photos and video, 3D tours, 2D and 3D floor plans, single-property websites, social content, and tailored marketing kits. Real estate is the core; we also take on brand and commercial work.

What are your turnaround times?

Fast. Most photography, twilight, floor plans, websites, and marketing kits deliver within 24 hours of the shoot; 3D tours within 24–48 hours; drone and walkthrough video within 48; and premium reels and luxury video within 48–72. Need it sooner for a listing that can't wait? Just ask.

How does pricing work?

Every project is quoted to the property and the scope — square footage, services, and timeline. Tell us about the listing and we'll send a tailored quote, usually within one business day. No guesswork, no rigid packages.

How do I book a shoot?

Send us the details through the quote form, or call (310) 471-2000. Once scope and date are set, we handle everything from on-site to delivery — you focus on selling.

Do you make custom packages?
